How to buy?

Buying in the Biotouch-Europe store is simple. Just follow the steps of purchase:

1. Fill out the submission form.

2. Sign up so you won't  need to enter all the data in future purchases.

3. Add as many items as you want to your shopping cart.

4. Validate these steps.

      5. Write the shipping address.

Does the price include shipping fees?

Free postage from 150€ in Spain (except for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra) and 200€ for the rest of the E.C.C. territory (before taxes if it is applicable).

How long does the delivery take?

Once the payment of the product has been made, we will proceed to the shipment within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of the order receipt.

What guarantees do we offer?

• Shipping guarantee:

All our shipments are 100% covered by insurance of the merchandise value. Remember that you have 24 hours to make the claim if your order has suffered damages originated by the transport. If you have any other doubts do not hesitate to send us an email to  tiendaonline@tevian.com

• Product guarantee:

Warranty only covers defects produced by manufacture. To enjoy the warranty of the products, you need the purchase invoice.

Remember that sterile products do not accept returns once unsealed.

Claims past 14 days after receipt of the merchandise, except those resulting from manufacturing errors, will not be accepted.

What do I do if I have a complaint?
